Job Summary:

The Driver Supervisor – Logistics is responsible for managing daily driver operations within logistics and supply chain activities. The role focuses on driver rostering, allocation, performance monitoring, and ensuring timely and efficient delivery operations while maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Salary: 8K to 9K AED

Working Hours : 12hrs || 6 days/week

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage driver allocation, rostering, and attendance to support daily logistics and delivery operations
• Manage driver allocation, rostering, and attendance
• Monitor driver performance and compliance
• Handle driver-related issues and coordination
• Plan and optimize driver schedules based on delivery volumes, routes, and business requirements
• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery by coordinating closely with warehouse, dispatch, and operations teams
• Monitor driver performance, productivity, and compliance with company policies and road safety regulations
• Track key metrics such as on-time delivery, route adherence, fuel usage, and incident reports
• Handle driver-related issues including absenteeism, behavioral concerns, and grievances
• Ensure compliance with local transport regulations, company SOPs, and safety standards
• Maintain accurate records of driver attendance, trip logs, and performance data
• Conduct driver briefings, safety training, and performance reviews
• Support onboarding, training, and deployment of new drivers
