About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Property Sales Executive to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for selling residential and off-plan properties, connecting with potential clients, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and follow up on leads via calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Present properties, explain features, and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Close property deals and ensure all sales documentation is completed accurately.
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• Keep updated on the latest market trends, property prices, and regulations.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate sales (off-plan or secondary market preferred).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (other languages are a plus).
