Due Diligence & Management Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Due Diligence & Management Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive analyses, checks and risk assessments, deliver presentations to support our business efficiency, compliance and risk management processes.

Key Deliverables:

- Perform thorough due diligence on clients, vendors, and business partners in accordance with policies and regulatory requirements.

- Collect, analyse, and verify relevant documents and information related to background checks.

- Identify and flag potential risks through data analysis and research.

- Prepare and present detailed reports on due diligence findings to management and maintain accurate records of all activities and ensure confidentiality.

- Stay updated on relevant laws, compliance matters, regulations, and industry best practices.

- Collaborate with compliance and legal departments, to ensure comprehensive risk assessment.

- Serve as liaison with staff, executives’ team and MD regarding company climate, well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning.

- Coordinate with functional teams and ensure updates of key deliverables

- Prepare comprehensive management related presentations and reports outlining required details and key performance indicators

Job Specification:

- Graduate in finance or business-related field (Graduate from IBA / LUMS / KSBL/IOBM only).

- Fresh or 1 year of experience in due diligence, compliance, risk management, or a related area.

- Strong analytical and research skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant other relevant tools.
