Dump Truck Driver

Job Summary:

Pirc-Tobin Construction is seeking an individual to join our team as a Dump Truck Driver.

Applicant must pass a drug test prior to working.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Haul excavation, pavement removals and aggregates
• Maintain inside and outside of truck
• Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Keep detail records of time to report to supervisor
• Report to Foreman and Trucking Manager as needed
• Assist crews when needed on job sites (labor tasks may include lifting, carrying, shoveling, etc.)
• Work a full-time schedule with overtime during construction season as follows

-- Seasonal work, March - December -- Monday - Friday, 7:00-5:30 with possible weekend work -- 40-55 hours/week, depending on weather

Education & Training Requirements:

• Class B CDL w/ Air Brake Endorsement (Class A Preferred)
• Clean Driving Record
• Current Iowa DOT Physical

Company Assistance/Scheduling for Below Trainings:

• First Aid/CPR Training
• 10 Hour OSHA Training Course
• MSHA Training Course
• Cut off saw

Pay: $24.28 - $27.81 per hour
