Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager – Warehouse & Stores to lead and optimize warehouse operations within our manufacturing facility. This role demands hands-on expertise in logistics, raw material inventory, and general store management. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient material flow, accurate inventory control, and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch
• Manage raw material and general store inventories with accuracy and efficiency
• Implement and monitor FIFO, LIFO, and other inventory control systems
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams for timely material availability
• Ensure proper documentation and ERP system updates for all warehouse transactions
• Conduct regular audits and stock reconciliations
• Maintain compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards
• Lead and train warehouse staff to improve productivity and accountability

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• 5–8 years of experience in warehouse/store management in a manufacturing setup
• Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and warehouse best practices
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
