Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Remote)

Responsibilities • Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation • Work with the team (Business central, Power Platform, SharePoint) with experienced colleagues • Work closely with technical staff to define and document user requirements and solution specifications. • Ability to provide Post-implementation support. • Provide consulting services and support to Business Central clients Job Description - Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant • Work on tasks identified in solution design, implementing the relevant configuration or customisation changes • Liaise with team members and team leaders to successfully deliver projects • Ensure high standards of customer engagement and services are maintained • Expected to complete work-related training and learning with the goal of obtaining relevant Microsoft Certifications • Working as part of a dedicated team Experience: • Strong Dynamics 365 Business Central BC implementation experience. • Experienced in the change management process and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents. • Strong Interpersonal skills with ability to support and communicate with users on all levels • Excellent English, written and Oral • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong analytical skills • Ability to work on own initiative and be self-motivated • Ability to work effectively as a member of a team • A strong desire and ability to learn new platforms and technologies
