NetSuite Functional Consultant

JOB SUMMARY

AlphaBOLD is seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience in NetSuite ERP implementations, enhancements, and support. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure successful delivery of NetSuite projects in a hybrid working environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and support end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Configure NetSuite modules including Financials (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets), Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Inventory, and CRM
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and propose optimal NetSuite solutions aligned with business needs
• Collaborate with technical consultants/developers on SuiteScript, workflows, and integrations
• Design and execute UAT (User Acceptance Testing), resolve defects, and support go-live activities
• Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations
• Prepare functional documentation, process flows, training materials, and conduct end-user training
• Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring best practices and NetSuite standards are followed

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience as a NetSuite Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of NetSuite ERP architecture and core modules
• Experience in multiple NetSuite implementations (end-to-end preferred)
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and business processes
• Experience working with integrations (REST/SOAP, third-party systems)
• Ability to work in a hybrid model, collaborating with cross-functional and remote teams
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• NetSuite certifications (e.g., NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Financial User, ERP Consultant)
• Experience in industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, E-commerce, or Services
• Exposure to SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, and Reports
• Basic understanding of SuiteScript and NetSuite workflows
