Dynamics 365 Sourcing & Planning Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced MS Dynamics Planning & Sourcing Specialist to manage and optimize supply chain, procurement, and sourcing processes using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Finance & Operations. The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in supply chain planning, procurement, and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support MS Dynamics 365 Planning & Sourcing modules.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and design solutions.
• Manage procurement workflows, vendor sourcing, and supply chain planning.
• Work with technical teams to customize and integrate modules as per business needs.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and provide end-user training.
• Monitor system performance and ensure best practices in planning & sourcing.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and post-implementation support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, Business, or related field.
• 3–6+ years of hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 F&O (Planning & Sourcing).
• Strong knowledge of procurement, supply chain management, and inventory processes.
• Experience in functional setups, configurations, and system design.
• Good understanding of vendor management and procurement workflows.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (Procurement/Supply Chain).
• Experience with integrations, reporting, and Power BI.
• Knowledge of ERP data migration and system upgrades.
• Exposure to Azure-based solutions.
