E-7 Requirements Analyst

Job Summary:

Provide functional support to ACC in developing requirements for the Airborne Battle Management and Surveillance (E-7 ABMS) platform which provides management and control of air, space, and cyberspace forces and real-time surveillance of the battlespace.

Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI/SAP security clearance is required.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a technical discipline
• Five (5) years' experience on USAF MAJCOM or higher-level staff experience (combination of active duty, Government service, or Contractor)
• Seven (7) years' operational experience in the C2ISR Enterprise mission area
• Five (5) years' experience developing, coordinating, and briefing JCIDS documents
• Five (5) years' experience working with PPBE and supporting POM efforts

Essential Duties:

• Provide technical insight and expertise in support of JCIDS related studies and technical efforts requiring A5Y review to include sustainment/modernization decisions and E-3 Divestiture Strategy
• Provide technical expertise in support of building core team members and developing overarching strategies for E-7 study efforts
• Review technical related issues within a study effort; remain familiar with existing documents containing such information
• Advise the Government and Project Coordinator on progress/status of technical matters
• Support E-7 working groups
• Support the Project Coordinator in building interdependent schedules; documenting and reporting status; drafting and briefing reports; ensuring sufficient progress on all technically related matters; and developing "get-well" strategies as required.
• Utilize modeling and simulation expertise to support analytical efforts/approaches to determine effective COA.
• Utilize expertise and familiarity with Knowledge Management/Decision Support (KM/DS) tools to influence COAs.
• Provide technical expertise in support of platform modernization/sustainment and POM efforts.

Knowledge, Skill and Abilities:

• Ability to think critically, make decisions, and take action to resolve issues.

The projected salary range for this position is $125,000-$150,000 and is based on experience and contractual requirements. However, this is not a guarantee of salary.
