E-Commerce AFU Team Leader

-Responsibilities:

• Test and detect system Defects related to Business workflow and communicate with all stakeholders to resolve them.
• Reviewing and confirming the registration of merchants’ data on the acquiring systems MPGS and CyberSource and the Orchestration Channel.
• Reviewing the registration of PF’s e-com sub-merchants’ data on the acquiring core system.
• Approve E-COM integration and validate Risk Rules as well as clients’ user’s creation and sending applied rules and credentials to E-commerce team. This include MPGS Risk rules and Cyber Source PARK.
• Engage in migration and acquisition projects to assure smooth transition of merchants.
• Enable features as may be needed by the business stream (device payment, …etc.).
• Monitor e-Com transactions under PFs posted with missing details and communicate the breach to related parties.
• Prioritize department tasks and allocate the needed resources from staff or systems.
• Reviewing, updating and approving merchant’s information on the systems. (Checker/Reviewer)
• Ensure full execution of Compliance and fraud instructions on merchants.
• Drafting necessary modifications to policies and procedures.
• Act on Internal Control Issues and follow up resolving.
• Draft risk assessment of new initiatives and projects and preparation of Operational Risk Assessment for Projects (ORAP) and CBE approvals Gab Analysis

-Job Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in finance, Business, or a related field
• 6 years of experience in banking, Fintech companies or acquiring Scheme related companies
• Ability to review and guide staff.
• Proven banking experience with minimum of 1 Years of experience in acquiring business, operations or related department.
• Fluent in both written and spoken Arabic and English languages.
• Excellent computer skills and data base management and storage.
