E-commerce & Amazon Specialist (Multiskill)

About the Role

We are looking for a multiskilled E-commerce & Amazon Specialist who can manage and grow our online sales channels across Amazon, Noon, and our own e-commerce website. The right candidate should have strong knowledge of Amazon Private Label (PL), expertise in PPC campaigns, and hands-on experience with product listings, profit tracking, and day-to-day office tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Amazon PL listings (keywords, SEO, images, A+ content).
• Run and monitor Amazon PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Upload and manage products on Amazon, Noon, and company e-commerce website.
• Maintain and update profit/loss and sales performance sheets.
• Conduct product research and competitor analysis.
• Monitor stock levels, pricing, and marketplace performance.
• Handle daily office and administrative tasks related to e-commerce operations.
• Collaborate with the management team for sales growth strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience with Amazon Seller Central & Amazon PL.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon PPC campaigns and analytics.
• Experience managing product listings on Noon and Shopify/WordPress (or other e-commerce platforms).
• Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and profit tracking.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn new tools.
• Excellent communication skills (English is required, Hindi/Urdu is a plus).

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in e-commerce business in UAE/GCC.
• Familiarity with logistics, inventory, and supplier coordination.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
