About Us:

We are a fast-growing e-commerce company managing multiple online brands across Pakistan. We sell on Shopify, Daraz and other platforms. We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Assistant to help manage day-to-day online operations, process orders, handle customer complaints, and keep all sales channels running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily orders across Shopify, Daraz, and other sales channels
  • Process orders, coordinate packing slips & courier bookings
  • Update order statuses and follow up on pending or delayed shipments
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, returns, and exchanges
  • Manage WhatsApp/Inbox messages professionally
  • Update product information, stock levels, and listings when required
  • Perform basic data entry, record keeping, and reporting
  • Assist in preparing content for product listings
  • Maintain a positive customer experience across all platforms
  • Coordinate with warehouse/operations team for timely dispatch
  • Identify and resolve day-to-day issues across platforms

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of Shopify (order handling, product updates, basic admin)
  • Experience with Daraz Seller Center (order management, returns, ratings handling)
  • Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Ability to handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
  • Strong problem-solving attitude
  • Basic computer skills (Excel/Sheets must be known)
  • Must be punctual, organized, and responsible
