Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled E-Commerce Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our online store, driving sales, and creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update the company’s e-commerce platform, including product listings, pricing, and promotions.
• Optimize website content for search engines to increase visibility and traffic.
• Monitor and analyze website performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and online sales.
• Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital marketing campaigns and advertisements.
• Handle order processing, inventory management, and logistics coordination for online sales.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and e-commerce best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the e-commerce platform.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and online sales.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and web analytics tools.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
