Position Overview:

Support the growth and brand presence of weBoost across Amazon (1P and 3P) and other e-commerce platforms by executing day-to-day operations and assisting with content, advertising, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Channel Operations

  • Assist with daily management of Amazon 1P and 3P accounts.
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, and Buy Box performance.
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and operational requirements.

E-Commerce Support & Digital Presence

  • Help maintain brand consistency and high-quality content across listings and marketplaces.
  • Assist Marketing in optimizing digital shelf presence: images, A+ content, videos, and SEO.
  • Support visibility improvements across key e-commerce platforms to include VARs.

Advertising & Promotions Support

  • Support management of Amazon Advertising campaigns with agency oversight.
  • Help execute promotional campaigns and online deals.
  • Track performance metrics and contribute insights for optimization.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Assist in weekly/monthly sales, campaign, and profitability reporting.
  • Help monitor competitive landscape and trends to inform strategy.

Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to support e-commerce initiatives.
  • Assist in inventory planning and alignment with demand forecasts.
  • Support coordination for product launches and digital campaigns.

Required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Amazon/E-commerce or digital marketing.
  • Familiarity with Amazon 1P/3P platforms, e-commerce operations, and basic analytics.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn.
  • Effective communication and collaborative mindset.
