E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage our online sales platforms

• Manage product listings and catalogs on platforms like Amazon, Noon, etc.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for better visibility.
• Handle order processing, inventory management, and shipment tracking.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
• Address customer queries and escalations professionally.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, offers, and marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• Prior experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, Shopify, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills (English; Hindi/Urdu is an advantage).
• Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
• Prior experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is preferred, Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce
