Job Title: E-commerce Coordinator Department: E-commerce Industry: Leading Food And Beverage Distributor We are looking for a creative, energetic, and self-driven professional to join our client’s E-commerce team. This role blends the technical side of Shopify with customer service and coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations, accurate product data, timely order fulfillment, and outstanding customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, tech-savvy, and confident working independently while collaborating across departments. Key Responsibilities: ★ Order Management & Fulfillment: Oversee customer orders from placement to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Maintain the order database (Shopify & NetSuite), process payments, resolve held/delayed orders, and manage refunds, returns, or replacements. ★ Customer Service & Support: Provide support via email, website chat, and WhatsApp. Handle inquiries, complaints, delivery issues, and post-delivery concerns such as missing or damaged products. Work closely with the warehouse and accounts teams to ensure quick resolutions. ★ Product & Pricing Management: Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and stock availability across systems. Manage “sold out” items, add new products or variants, and ensure product data consistency for both Retail and HORECA. ★ Promotions & Campaigns: Support promotional campaigns and activations on Click Cuisine. Upload banners, ensure accurate SKUs and promo periods, review live site content, and track campaign spends and execution. ★ Payment & Reconciliation: Generate payment links for customers, confirm transactions via N-Genius, and coordinate with accounts for reconciliation and reporting. ★ Cross-functional Coordination: Collaborate with warehouse, accounts, trade marketing, and operations teams to align processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction. Key Skills & Requirements: ★ Proven experience with Shopify and deep understanding of e-commerce operations. ★ Strong customer service and communication skills (written & verbal). ★ Tech-savvy, adaptable to new systems (NetSuite, dashboards, CRM tools). ★ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities independently. ★ Background in sales, online retail, or account management with a growth-driven mindset. ★ Creative thinker who can identify process improvements and boost conversions. ★ Strong coordination skills to work across multiple teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
