E-Commerce Coordinator

Key responsibilities

  • Product management: Create and optimize product listings with accurate descriptions, images, and pricing across various e-commerce platforms.
  • Digital marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, manage social media promotions, and monitor performance.
  • Sales and operations: Manage online sales, analyze sales data to track performance, forecast demand, and optimize pricing strategies.
  • Order fulfillment: Support the order processing and fulfillment cycle, which includes verifying orders, coordinating shipping, and managing inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking.
  • Customer service: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
  • Website and platform management: Ensure the online store is functioning smoothly, which may involve setting up landing pages and maintaining site functionality.

Education:

A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon & Flipkart.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software is often required.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and an understanding of SEO and PPC principles can be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹96,000.00 per year
