E-Commerce Customer Support Representative

  • Handle customer inquiries and orders through WhatsApp, Daraz, and other online platforms.
  • Respond to customer messages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and delivery-related queries.
  • Manage and update product listings on Daraz when required.
  • Coordinate with the operations team regarding orders, dispatches, and customer issues.
  • Process and maintain records of orders, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
  • Monitor customer feedback and reviews and report issues to management.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online marketplaces.
  • Good communication and customer handling skills.
  • Ability to work responsibly, professionally, and maintain accurate records.

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
