- Handle customer inquiries and orders through WhatsApp, Daraz, and other online platforms.
- Respond to customer messages in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order status, and delivery-related queries.
- Manage and update product listings on Daraz when required.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding orders, dispatches, and customer issues.
- Process and maintain records of orders, returns, exchanges, and complaints.
- Monitor customer feedback and reviews and report issues to management.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with online marketplaces.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work responsibly, professionally, and maintain accurate records.
Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
