E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. This role involves handling product listings, inventory coordination, order processing, promotions, and platform management across various e-commerce marketplaces and/or the company’s website

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, and images for SEO and conversion.
• Monitor and update inventory levels to avoid stockouts or overstocking.
• Process orders, coordinate with warehouse/logistics for timely deliveries.
• Handle returns, cancellations, and resolve customer service issues in coordination with support teams.
• Plan and execute promotional activities and discounts.
• Track and analyze sales reports, traffic, and conversion rates; suggest improvements.
• Ensure compliance with platform policies and quality guidelines.
• Stay updated on competitor activities, pricing, and e-commerce trends.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales.

Skills:

• Knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
• Besic Excel/Google Sheets skills for data handling and reporting.
• Familiarity with order management systems, ERP tools, and e-commerce dashboards.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and analytics tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
