E-Commerce Executive

  • Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement overall e-commerce strategies, set sales targets, and make data-informed decisions to achieve business objectives.
  • Website and Platform Management: Oversee the company's online store and marketplaces, ensuring they are user-friendly, optimized, and function correctly.
  • Product and Content Management: Manage product listings, ensuring accuracy, engaging descriptions, and proper categorization to enhance visibility and appeal.
  • Marketing and Campaigns: Create, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (e.g., SEO, PPC, email marketing) to drive traffic, engagement, and sales.
  • Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales data, and customer behavior to identify trends, improve user experience, and optimize conversion rates.
  • Customer Experience and Service: Ensure a positive online shopping experience and manage customer inquiries and feedback, working with the customer service team.
  • Logistics and Fulfillment: Coordinate with internal teams to manage inventory, ensure timely order fulfillment, and handle online payment systems.
  • Competitor and Market Analysis: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹35,250.92 per month
