Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a smooth and engaging shopping experience for our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, data analysis, and customer behavior.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms(e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)
• Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to create compelling product descriptions, images, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze website and sales performance using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.
• Assist in planning and executing online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media ads.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date product information, pricing, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Track competitor activities and market trends to suggest improvements and opportunities.
• Manage and optimize promotions, discounts, and seasonal offers on the platform.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in an e-commerce.
• Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho)
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Google Analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
