E-Commerce Executive

Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative E-Commerce Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving our online sales and enhancing our digital presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, digital marketing, and analytics to optimize our online platforms and improve customer engagement. You will work closely with various teams to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to maximize online sales and improve conversion rates.
• Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and optimization to enhance organic search visibility.
• Implement social media marketing campaigns across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content for product descriptions, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns.
• Analyze website performance using Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Manage Google Ads and SEM campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the e-commerce site.
• Collaborate with graphic designers to create visually appealing assets using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Maintain the e-commerce website using WordPress, ensuring it is user-friendly and up-to-date.
• Conduct A/B testing on landing pages and email campaigns to optimize performance.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Good understanding of online marketplaces (Daraz, Amazon, Shopify, etc.).
• Candidate with experience in outlet sales will be preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media ads, and Google Analytics.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
