Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize product listings, including titles, descriptions, and images, to enhance visibility and drive conversions while ensuring compliance with platform guidelines.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies, including paid advertisements, promotions, and social media campaigns.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues, managing returns and feedback to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of SEO principles specific to e-commerce and familiarity with digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in PPC advertising and social media management.
Key Activities:
- Conduct keyword research to identify and incorporate high-impact keywords in listings.
- Collaborate with photographers or graphic designers to produce high-quality product images.
- Set up and manage PPC campaigns on platforms like Amazon and Flipkart, tracking performance metrics to drive traffic and sales.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to engage previous customers and promote new offerings.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
