Key Responsibilities:
1. Catalogue & Listing Management
- Create, upload, and manage product listings across platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify, etc.)
- Ensure accurate product details, titles, descriptions, attributes, pricing, and images.
- Regularly update stock, price changes, and promotional offers.
- Optimize listings for better visibility and conversions (SEO keywords, A+ content, etc.).
2. Marketplace Operations
- Coordinate with platform category managers for onboarding, promotions, and growth opportunities.
- Monitor product performance, reviews, and ratings; take corrective actions when needed.
- Manage returns, cancellations, and order-related issues efficiently.
3. Advertising & Campaign Management
- Assist in creating and managing ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, Meta/Google Ads).
- Track performance metrics and suggest optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with brand goals.
4. Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatches.
- Maintain accurate stock reports and update replenishment plans.
- Track and resolve discrepancies related to inventory or fulfillment.
5. Reporting & Analysis
- Generate regular performance reports (sales, ad spends, ROI, etc.).
- Analyze product performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Suggest actionable insights to boost sales and efficiency.
6. Coordination & Communication
- Liaise with internal teams (design, marketing, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
- Communicate effectively with marketplace support teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
