E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Shopify, etc.
• Upload and update product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing across online platforms.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, website traffic, and conversion rates.
• Handle online order processing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns, offers, and discounts.
• Manage customer queries, feedback, and complaints through online portals.
• Conduct competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Work with digital marketing teams for SEO, SEM, and social media promotions related to e-commerce.
• Generate and present weekly and monthly performance reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
