E-Commerce Executive

1. Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Create, upload, and manage product listings across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.) and D2C website.
• Update product descriptions, pricing, images, and inventory.
• Ensure all listings are SEO-optimized and compliant with platform guidelines.

2. Order & Inventory Management

• Monitor incoming orders, returns, and exchanges on all platforms.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records.

3. Marketing & Promotions

• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, offers, and discounts.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for banner updates, ad placements, and seasonal promotions.
• Track and report campaign performance (CTR, conversions, sales uplift).

4. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Analyze customer behavior, sales trends, and pricing competitiveness.
• Suggest improvements to enhance online sales and customer experience.

5. Customer Service Coordination

• Address customer issues related to orders, returns, and refunds in coordination with the support team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and smooth resolution of complaints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
