Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online storefronts, enhancing user experience, and driving sales through strategic digital initiatives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage a broad skill set in SEO, content creation, and digital advertising to grow our e-commerce presence across multiple platforms. The successful applicant will play a key role in implementing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring our online channels effectively reach target audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and update product listings using content management systems such as WordPress and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings using SEO tools and analytics.
  • Develop and optimize product pages for maximum conversion rates through A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques.
  • Create compelling content including copywriting, graphic design, and visual assets using Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, and HTML/CSS skills.
  • Execute paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, SEM, and Google AdWords to increase traffic and sales.
  • Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, marketing automation tools, and other analytics platforms; generate reports to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Manage social media marketing efforts including social media management tools to engage audiences on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and promote products or special offers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and content creation for various digital channels.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEM, performance marketing, and e-commerce best practices.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience with SEO tools, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google AdWords, SEM campaigns, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of WordPress, content management systems, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop), graphic design skills, content creation, copywriting abilities.
  • Experience with social media management tools and social media advertising strategies on Facebook and other platforms.
  • Familiarity with conversion optimization techniques and analytics-driven decision making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for online audiences.
  • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies within the e-commerce landscape is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
