Job Title: E-Commerce Executive – Online Marketplaces
Department: E-Commerce / Online Sales
Reporting to: E-Commerce Manager
Role Overview:
The E-Commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing the brand’s presence across online marketplaces such as Myntra, Ajio, Tata Cliq, Nykaa, and others. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with a strong understanding of digital sales, product listings, pricing, promotions, and marketplace operations to drive visibility, conversion, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Management
- Manage day-to-day operations across all assigned online marketplaces.
- Coordinate product listings, inventory uploads, and order management.
- Monitor product visibility, pricing accuracy, and fulfillment performance.
- Ensure adherence to each platform’s operational and brand guidelines.
2. Product Listings & Content Management
- Upload and maintain accurate product details including descriptions, prices, images, and attributes.
- Coordinate with content and design teams for updated creatives and copy.
- Optimize listings for SEO and conversion based on analytics and trends.
3. Promotions & Campaigns
- Plan and execute promotional activities, offers, and campaigns with marketplace account managers.
- Track performance of campaigns and ensure timely reporting.
- Analyze competition, pricing strategies, and promotional trends.
4. Inventory & Order Management
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for stock replenishment and timely order dispatch.
- Monitor return rates, cancellations, and resolve customer issues in coordination with respective teams.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
- Track daily/weekly sales, traffic, and conversion performance.
- Prepare reports on SKU performance, pricing, and inventory health.
- Recommend strategies for revenue growth based on data insights.
6. Coordination & Compliance
- Liaise with marketplace account managers to resolve issues and improve brand ranking.
- Ensure all compliance requirements and documentation for marketplaces are up to date.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (fashion/lifestyle experience preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and marketplace dashboards.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketplace algorithms, merchandising, and pricing trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with platforms like Unicommerce, Vinculum, or Browntape.
- Understanding of digital marketing metrics and online merchandising.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
