E-Commerce Executive

We’re looking for an Ecommerce Executive to manage and grow our online business across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Tata 1mg) and support day-to-day ecommerce operations including catalog, pricing, promotions, and order performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage marketplace accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Tata 1mg
• Handle catalog/listings: product titles, descriptions, images, attributes, keywords, variations, and category mapping
• Ensure listing quality: resolve catalog errors, suppressions, content issues, image issues, and compliance flags
• Manage pricing, discounts, coupons, and coordinate deals/offer participation during events and campaigns
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and replenishment to reduce OOS and missed sales
• Track daily operations: orders, cancellations, returns, refunds, and SLA adherence
• Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, finance, customer support, marketing) to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare performance reports: sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS contribution (if applicable), best-sellers/slow movers
• Monitor competitor activity and recommend actions to improve visibility and sales

Must-have requirements

• Marketplace experience is mandatory: hands-on experience managing operations on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and/or Tata 1mg
• Strong knowledge of seller portals (catalog, pricing, promotions, order/return workflows)
• Good Excel/Google Sheets skills (reporting, data cleaning, pivots/lookups preferred)
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple SKUs and deadlines

Nice to have

• Knowledge of marketplace ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, Myntra marketing tools)
• Basic understanding of SEO for listings and conversion optimization
• Experience with Shopify/WooCommerce and D2C website operations
• Basic creative tools (Canva/Photoshop) for quick banner/listing support

KPIs

Sales & growth, in-stock rate, listing health score, cancellations/returns %, SLA adherence, campaign performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,510.40 - ₹34,870.03 per month
