Job description: E Commerce Executive
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing E-Commerce platforms and end-to-end marketplace operations.
- Platform Knowledge: In-depth working knowledge of major Indian e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Seller Panel, etc.).
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables) is essential.
- Digital Marketing: A solid understanding of digital marketing principles, including basic SEO, SEM, and marketplace advertising (Amazon Ads, etc.).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Soft Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, ability to multitask, and a problem-solving attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Listing & Catalogue Management: Manage the listing of all household and industrial products on designated online platforms, ensuring accurate product details, compelling descriptions, and high-quality images.
- Order Management & Logistics Coordination: Handle daily order processing, track dispatches, and coordinate effectively with internal logistics teams and third-party courier partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Inventory & Stock Monitoring: Monitor stock levels and manage inventory across all e-commerce platforms, coordinating with the production and warehouse teams to prevent stockouts and manage replenishment.
- Marketplace Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for marketplace representatives (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho) for daily operational needs, issue resolution, and new initiatives.
- Promotions & Offers Management: Plan, implement, and monitor various promotions, offers, and digital marketing campaigns to increase product visibility and drive sales conversions.
- Customer Service & Feedback: Oversee the resolution of customer queries, manage returns/exchange processes, and monitor customer feedback/reviews to maintain high service standards and platform health metrics.
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and provide regular reports on channel performance, market trends, and competitive activity.
