Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listings, order processing, promotions, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth online operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, etc.)
• Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Monitor daily orders, returns, cancellations, and customer queries
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely dispatch and delivery
• Plan and execute online promotions, deals, and discount campaigns
• Track sales performance, inventory levels, and competitor pricing
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
• Handle customer feedback, reviews, and ratings
• Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms
• Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding of online pricing, offers, and inventory management
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Seller Central / Vendor Central tools
• Knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, or PPC ads
• Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
• Basic graphic skills (Canva, Photoshop)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
