E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, order management, promotions, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth e-commerce operations across platforms such as our website and marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (Website, Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
• Create, optimize, and maintain product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)
• Monitor inventory, stock updates, and order processing
• Coordinate with logistics and customer support for timely deliveries and issue resolution
• Plan and execute online promotions, deals, and festive campaigns
• Track sales performance, conversion rates, and customer behavior
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports
• Handle returns, refunds, and customer escalations professionally
• Ensure accurate product data and compliance with marketplace guidelines
• Coordinate with marketing team for digital ads, SEO, and social commerce initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations
• Hands-on experience with marketplaces (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, and online promotions
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce / Magento
• Knowledge of paid ads (Amazon Ads, Meta Ads, Google Ads)
• Experience in D2C or brand-led e-commerce
• Understanding of GST, invoicing, and returns processes
