E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a Digital Operations Executive to manage website content, online product listings, and Google platforms. This is a role ideal for candidates looking to build a career in e-commerce and digital operations.

Responsibilities

• Add, update, and manage products on company websites
• Upload product images, descriptions, pricing, and variants
• Ensure website content is accurate and up to date
• Manage Google Business Profile (updates, posts, images, services)
• Manage Google Merchant Center product listings and approvals
• Monitor listing issues and ensure compliance with Google policies
• Coordinate with internal teams for content and product assets
• Report website errors, missing content, or listing issues

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of websites (Shopify or WordPress preferred)
• Familiarity with Google Business Profile and Google Merchant Center (training provided)
• Good written English skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Preferred Skills (Optional)

• Basic SEO knowledge
• Experience with product uploads on Shopify or WooCommerce
• Canva or basic image editing skills
