E-commerce Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven E-commerce professional to manage and grow our online sales operations. The role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of the online store, handling product listings, order processing, customer service, digital marketing support, and performance analysis to ensure a smooth and profitable e-commerce operation.

Key Responsibilities

Store & Website Management

  • Manage and maintain the e-commerce website and marketplace stores
  • Upload, update, and optimize product listings, pricing, and images
  • Ensure website functionality, mobile responsiveness, and smooth user experience

Product & Inventory Management

  • Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners
  • Prevent stockouts and overselling

Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Process online orders accurately and on time
  • Coordinate packing, shipping, and delivery
  • Track shipments and resolve delivery issues

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and social media
  • Handle returns, refunds, and exchanges
  • Resolve complaints while maintaining high customer satisfaction

Digital Marketing & Sales Support

  • Support promotional campaigns, discounts, and offers
  • Assist with email marketing and social media activities
  • Coordinate with marketing teams or agencies for ads and campaigns

Payments & Security

  • Manage payment gateways and transaction issues
  • Handle chargebacks and payment failures
  • Ensure data security and privacy compliance

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports
  • Use data insights to improve sales and customer experience

Compliance & Operations

  • Ensure compliance with tax, consumer protection, and data privacy laws
  • Maintain accurate policies for shipping, returns, and privacy
  • Follow platform and marketplace guidelines

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor competitors and market trends
  • Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization
  • Recommend improvements to increase sales and efficiency

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred)
  • Experience in e-commerce operations or online sales
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or marketplaces)
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and analytics
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with email marketing tools and CRM systems
  • Knowledge of online advertising (Facebook, Google Ads, marketplaces)
  • Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
