E-Commerce Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in handling online marketplaces, product listings, and digital customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update product listings on e-commerce platforms
• Monitor daily online sales and prepare performance reports
• Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch team for timely order fulfillment
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns professionally
• Optimize product descriptions, pricing, and promotions
• Manage online campaigns, discounts, and seasonal sales
• Ensure stock availability and regular inventory updates

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in E-commerce
• Strong knowledge of online marketplaces and social media selling
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools will be preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
