E-Commerce Executive (Female) - Night Shift

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented female professional to manage and grow our company’s eBay account. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of online marketplaces, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle daily operations effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s eBay seller account.
• Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing).
• Research market trends and competitor listings to improve sales performance.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with the logistics team.
• Monitor account health, seller ratings, and resolve policy violations.
• Prepare weekly sales reports and suggest strategies to increase visibility and revenue.
• Ensure timely responses and maintain high customer satisfaction standards.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce or online marketplace management.
• Strong computer and internet research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
