Role Overview

We are looking for a results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee our online business across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and our direct website (Plyneer.com). The role requires managing end-to-end eCommerce operations, including product listings, promotions, order fulfillment coordination, and driving online sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace & Website Management


  • Manage seller accounts on Amazon, Flipkart, and Plyneer.com

  • Oversee product listings, pricing, keyword optimization, and catalog accuracy

  • Monitor daily sales performance, returns, and stock availability

Sales & Growth Strategy


  • Plan and execute promotions, discounts, and online campaigns

  • Coordinate with digital marketing team for paid ads (Amazon Ads, Google Shopping, Meta Ads)

  • Analyze competitor pricing and implement strategies to increase conversions

Operations & Coordination


  • Ensure smooth order processing and timely dispatch with warehouse/operations team

  • Handle returns, refunds, and customer escalations professionally

  • Maintain inventory reports and coordinate with supply chain for stock updates

Customer Experience


  • Oversee e-commerce customer support for order queries and complaints

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Analytics & Reporting


  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports on sales, ROI, and customer trends

  • Suggest improvements for website UI/UX to boost conversion rates

  • Use analytics tools to track performance across channels


Requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

  • 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce (Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms)

  • Strong knowledge of online sales, digital marketing, and marketplace management

  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Zoho Books/Inventory is a plus

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
