E-Commerce Manager

India

The Ecommerce Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving the online sales performance of the business. This role involves managing the company’s online store(s), optimizing the digital customer journey, leading ecommerce campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. The Ecommerce Manager also analyzes data to identify growth opportunities, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the ecommerce strategy to drive online revenue growth.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the ecommerce platform, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and launch digital campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, and email marketing.
  • Optimize the user experience (UX) and customer journey to increase conversion rates and reduce cart abandonment.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
  • Work with IT and development teams to ensure platform functionality, security, and performance.
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors, agencies, and logistics partners.
  • Oversee order fulfillment, shipping processes, and customer service standards.
  • Stay up to date on ecommerce trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
  • Report on KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹53,007.69 per month
