Job Title: Ecommerce Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead our online retail operations across B2B (BigCommerce) and B2C (Shopify) platforms. This role will oversee the end-to-end ecommerce strategy, ensure a seamless customer experience, and optimize web performance. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of ecommerce platforms, data-driven decision-making skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.Key Responsibilities1. Platform & Website Management

  • Own and oversee premierhousewares.com (BigCommerce) and orsina.co.uk (Shopify), ensuring optimal functionality, scalability, and uptime.
  • Lead UX/UI enhancements, product presentation, and navigation structure to maximize conversions.
  • Manage integrations with inventory, logistics, to streamline backend operations.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers to deliver engaging creative landing pages.

2. Ecommerce Operations & Customer Journey

  • Ensure end-to-end order fulfilment excellence, from checkout to delivery, collaborating with logistics and warehouse teams.
  • Develop scalable operational processes for inventory accuracy and returns.
  • Implement best practices for site performance optimization, including mobile responsiveness and page load speed.

3. Strategy, Growth & Marketing Integration

  • Partner with the marketing team to deliver digital campaigns, promotions, and seasonal activations.
  • Analyse customer behaviour, traffic patterns, and product trends to create actionable insights.
  • Execute initiatives to drive conversion rate optimization (CRO), average order value (AOV), and customer retention.
  • Stay updated on ecommerce trends and propose new tools, technologies, and growth channels.

4. Analytics, Reporting & Business Insights

  • Define and monitor KPIs: Website Maintenace, Uptime, New functionalities, Bounce rate and product sell through rate.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable recommendations for leadership.
  • Use analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, BigCommerce reporting) to support data-driven decisions.

5. Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead a cross-functional ecommerce team, including developers, content creators, and ecommerce specialists.
  • Set clear goals, provide mentorship, and create a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with senior management to align ecommerce initiatives with overall business strategy.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Platform Expertise: Shopify (B2C) and BigCommerce (B2B); strong understanding of ecommerce integrations.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with APIs, third-party apps, CMS, and payment/fulfilment systems.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data interpretation skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and ecommerce reporting tools.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple priorities, timelines, and cross-department coordination.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to build, manage, and motivate teams across technical and non-technical roles.
  • Growth-Oriented: Innovative thinker with a track record of improving ecommerce revenue and operational processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
