- Manage and maintain the company’s e-commerce websites and marketplaces (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).
- Develop and execute the overall e-commerce strategy to drive traffic, increase sales, and improve conversion rates.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media in coordination with the marketing team.
- Optimize product listings, images, descriptions, and SEO to enhance visibility and sales.
- Monitor and analyze site performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and Search Console.
- Work with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams to enhance UX/UI and implement new features or integrations.
- Manage promotional calendars, campaigns, discount strategies, and seasonal launches.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new tools/technologies.
- Prepare and present performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
