E-Commerce Manager

Role Description

Cynos Express LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced E-Commerce Manager to join our team in East Rutherford, NJ. This full-time, on-site role is critical to managing and optimizing our product listings across major e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, and others. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in ensuring accurate product representation, inventory tracking, and sales performance. You will collaborate closely with our operations, marketing, and leadership teams to streamline processes and drive e-commerce growth.

Job Summary

We are looking for a results-focused E-Commerce Manager to oversee product listings, track inventory, and ensure our online storefronts deliver a seamless shopping experience. This role requires deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple channels effectively. The successful candidate will ensure products are well-optimized, inventory is accurate, and listings align with branding and marketing objectives.

Duties

• Manage and optimize product listings across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, and others.
• Ensure product data, descriptions, images, pricing, and SEO keywords are accurate and optimized for visibility.
• Track, monitor, and update inventory across all platforms to prevent overselling or stockouts.
• Collaborate with the operations team to coordinate restocking, product launches, and fulfillment needs.
• Monitor competitor listings, pricing strategies, and market trends to inform adjustments.
• Generate and analyze sales reports to measure platform performance and identify opportunities for growth.
• Work closely with the marketing team to align product listings with promotions, campaigns, and seasonal trends.
• Troubleshoot listing errors, compliance issues, or account health concerns with platform support when necessary.
• Identify opportunities for expanding to new platforms or marketplaces.
• Maintain consistency in branding and messaging across all e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience managing listings and inventory across multiple e-commerce platforms (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy, etc.).
• Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, SEO for product listings, and e-commerce best practices.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and marketplace compliance requirements is a plus.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to generate insights from sales and inventory data.
