Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Bhopal for an Ecommerce Manager. The role involves managing and growing the brand’s presence across Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, and Blinkit, driving online sales, and implementing effective marketing strategies. Key responsibilities include analyzing sales performance, optimizing product listings, managing online stores, collaborating with sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns, and ensuring a smooth and engaging customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibility

• Manage end-to-end operations for Amazon, Nykaa & Flipkart.
• Optimize product listings, A+ content, and SEO.
• Plan and execute ads, deals, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor sales, inventory, and performance reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace POCs for PO, claim, and compliance management.
• Analyze competition, trends, and performance to drive growth.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years’ experience managing marketplaces (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart).
• Strong skills in Excel, reporting, and ad management tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Experience in beauty/skincare or FMCG preferred.
