Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced E-commerce Operations Executive to manage our

end-to-end e-commerce operations across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong

background in e-commerce operations, including product listing optimization, inventory and order

management, logistics coordination, and marketplace compliance. Experience with platforms like

Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of e-commerce operations, from product listing to final delivery.

• Handle product uploads, cataloging, listing optimization, content updates, and categorization.

• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for order dispatch, tracking, and timely

delivery.

• Monitor daily orders, ensuring accurate processing and status updates.

• Maintain precise inventory levels and prevent overselling or stockouts.

• Manage returns, replacements, RTOs, and customer escalations on various platforms.

• Analyze sales reports and performance metrics to identify trends and implement improvements.

• Collaborate with internal teams for new product launches, pricing, and promotions.

• Ensure all listings comply with platform guidelines and tax requirements.

• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes and new operational procedures.

Requirements:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in e-commerce operations or a similar role.

• Proficiency in managing platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, and

Meesho Supplier Panel.

• Strong understanding of e-commerce logistics, supply chain, and product lifecycle.

• Excellent skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and other analytical tools.

• Experience managing large product catalogs and high order volumes.

• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with ERP or OMS systems.

• Knowledge of pricing strategies, keyword optimization, and e-commerce SEO.

• Exposure to D2C websites like Shopify or WooCommerce is a plus.
