Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative E-Commerce Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our online sales platforms, enhancing user experience, and driving traffic to our e-commerce site. This role requires a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO, and analytics to maximize conversion rates and improve overall performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain Paris Supply's website and third-party platform listings, ensuring all content is up-to-date, accurate, and in compliance with federal, state, supplier and platform regulations.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create content for product descriptions, blog posts, and email marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Utilize SEO tools to optimize website content for search engines, improving visibility and organic traffic.
- Conduct keyword research and apply best practices for conversion optimization across all product pages.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns, including Facebook Advertising, to promote products and increase brand awareness.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Implement SEM strategies through Google Ads and Google Merchant Center to enhance paid search performance.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics related to digital marketing efforts, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in digital marketing or related field of study.
- Proven 1+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Experience with creating and maintaining listings on popular e-commerce platforms including A+ content, variations, images, and video assets.
- Familiarity with inventory/shipping platform integration with e-commerce platforms.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Adobe PhotoShop/Illustrator.
- Experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles.
- Strong knowledge of SEO principles, conversion optimization techniques, and social media marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and content management systems (CMS).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with performance marketing tactics and analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
