E-Commerce Manager
We’re seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to drive online sales growth, lead our digital marketing strategy, and optimize the customer experience. This role blends strategic planning, hands-on marketing execution, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced, product-heavy environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid media, email, and content to drive qualified traffic and conversions.

Develop and execute the company’s eCommerce and marketing growth strategy to hit online revenue targets.

Track KPIs, analyze marketing and sales performance, and present results to leadership.

Oversee eCommerce platform performance, UX, and product presentation.

Align online marketing and sales with offline sales initiatives.

Manage integrations with ERP, CRM, and PIM systems.

Lead and mentor internal marketing and digital teams, plus external agencies.
Qualifications:

3+ years of eCommerce and digital marketing experience, including 2+ years in a manager-level role.

Proven success in SEO, PPC, and performance-based marketing for product-based businesses.

Experience with platforms like Magento, Shopify, or BigCommerce.

Strong data analysis skills and familiarity with marketing tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.

Comfortable collaborating with IT, sales, marketing, and operations teams.

Organized, adaptable, and hands-on in both strategy and execution.
Work Schedule:

In person, office based in Dixon, IL.

Some travel required
