E-Commerce Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-Commerce Store Manager with a strong marketing background to oversee and grow our online retail operations. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the Saudi e-commerce landscape, hands-on experience managing platforms such as Shopify and Salla, and a proven ability to drive online sales through strategic marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize daily operations of the online store, ensuring seamless customer experience.
• Oversee product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates across Shopify and Salla platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute performance campaigns, seasonal promotions, and customer retention strategies.
• Analyze sales performance, website traffic, and conversion metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
• Ensure brand consistency and premium presentation across all digital channels.
• Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to maintain operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management within the Saudi market.
• Strong understanding of Shopify and Salla platforms, with the ability to manage and customize stores independently.
• Solid marketing knowledge including campaign optimization, product positioning, and conversion strategy.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Preferred: Previous experience working with luxury or premium brands.
