E-Commerce Manager

We are looking for a dynamic_ E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales_

channels. The role involves_ handling product listings, order management, digital marketing_

coordination, and performance tracking across e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage_ day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms _(Amazon, Flipkart, website,

etc.)

• Upload and_ optimize product listings_ (titles, descriptions, images, pricing)

• Monitor orders, returns, refunds, and customer queries

• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure smooth fulfilment

•_ Plan and execute online promotions, deals, and campaigns_

• Track sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics

• Work with marketing teams on ads, banners, and creatives

• Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in_ Business, Marketing, or related field_

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital sales

• Knowledge of major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and SEO

• Strong analytical and Excel skills

• Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Shopify / WooCommerce

• Familiarity with paid ads (Amazon Ads, Meta, Google)

• Understanding of customer behaviour and_ online trends_
