E-Commerce Manager

  • Manage day-to-day operations for Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
  • Optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, A+ content, backend keywords, SEO).
  • Launch new SKUs and drive visibility using deal events, coupons, and merchandising.
  • Plan and manage advertising budgets (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads) for maximum ROAS.
  • Monitor and improve key metrics like CTR, conversion rate, return rate, and ratings.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-converting listing creatives.
  • Coordinate with logistics/ops team for inventory planning, order fulfillment, and performance metrics (ODR, RTO, etc.).
  • Identify new marketplace opportunities and growth levers (B2B, international platforms).
  • Stay updated with marketplace algorithms, policies, and seasonal campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
