Ecommerce Manager

Role Overview

We are hiring a results-driven Ecommerce Manager to lead and manage all ecommerce platforms end-to-end. This role will own the complete online sales lifecycle — from listings and pricing strategy to inventory management, order processing, customer support, and daily operational excellence.

The ideal candidate is analytical, operationally strong, tech-savvy, and capable of managing cross-functional coordination to scale revenue and improve efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Platform Ownership & Strategy

  • Lead all ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Flipkart, etc.)
  • Develop and execute growth strategy
  • Monitor performance metrics (sales, conversion rate, AOV, ROAS)
  • Identify opportunities for revenue growth

Product Listings & Optimization

  • Ensure high-quality, SEO-optimized product listings
  • Improve conversion through content, images, and A+ content
  • Conduct keyword research and listing audits

Pricing & Margin Management

  • Develop dynamic pricing strategies
  • Monitor competition and adjust pricing
  • Maintain profitability and margin targets

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Forecast demand and manage stock levels
  • Prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Coordinate with warehouse and procurement teams

Order & Fulfillment Management

  • Oversee order processing and dispatch timelines
  • Optimize shipping performance
  • Manage returns, refunds, and RTO reduction

Customer Experience & Support

  • Supervise chat/email support team
  • Maintain high seller ratings
  • Develop SOPs for issue resolution

Reporting & Analytics

  • Analyze sales data and prepare performance reports
  • Track CAC, ROI, conversion rate, and repeat purchase rate
  • Make data-driven recommendations

Daily Operations & Process Improvement

  • Build and refine SOPs
  • Automate workflows where possible
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day platform operations

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in ecommerce management
  • Proven experience managing marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience with inventory planning and forecasting
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and performance ads preferred
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving mindset
