Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to lead and expand the online presence of our footwear brand. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end e-commerce operations, drive online sales growth, and ensure a seamless and engaging customer experience across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s e-commerce website and online marketplaces
• Create, update, and optimize product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute online campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Oversee order processing, inventory synchronization, and customer support activities
• Analyze website traffic, customer behavior, and sales data to identify improvement opportunities
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Ensure all digital platforms provide a smooth, user-friendly, and consistent brand experience

Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in e-commerce management, preferably within fashion or footwear retail
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Shopify, Daraz, Amazon, or similar marketplaces
• Strong understanding of online sales strategies, digital merchandising, and conversion optimization
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of SEO, digital advertising, and social media marketing
• Experience managing multiple online sales channels simultaneously
• Strong understanding of product content management and online brand positioning
